Website and insurance information
Our website provides health insurance information, quote assistance, and appointment requests. A quote or form submission does not bind coverage. Eligibility, benefits, exclusions, prices, and availability depend on the insurer and applicable policy. Review the carrier’s plan documents before enrolling.

Optional text-message program
Farrington Family Health Services offers optional non-marketing text messages about requested health insurance quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer service updates. You may separately choose marketing text messages about health insurance services and enrollment reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Each consent box is optional and unchecked by default. You may select one, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing coverage. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute marketing consent. We send messages according to your consent selections.

Age and phone-number requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS program and authorized to receive messages at the phone number you provide. Let us know if your phone number changes.

Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.

How to opt out
Text STOP to the number sending our messages to cancel. We may send one confirmation of cancellation; you will then receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. You may also request cancellation at info@farringtonfamilyhealth.com. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through our quote form or contact us for the opt-in process.
